Hey everyone, I wanted to share a big, personal mission I’ve set for 2026: The Bestiary 52. My goal is to design and catalog one new, unique TTRPG creature every week for the next year. It’s a massive undertaking, but after years of making guides for Warframe and Guild Wars, I’m ready to apply that experience to a world of my own. To make this project sustainable and keep the "content engine" running, I’ve revamped my Patreon and Ko-fi to act as my project's "Hunter’s Guild" and "Research Outpost":
Patreon (The Guild): This is for those who want to be closer to the dev process. Tiers now include things like having your name in the lore or providing prompts for future NPCs and creatures. You also get access to new channels! Don't worry, the old ones still exist. This is just "new" ones added on.
Ko-fi (The Research Outpost): This is more of my "digital" shop. I’ll be posting lore-only "Field Notes," early drafts and teasers for creatures that are in development, as well as the continued (sometimes delayed) game guides as usual.
The "Redacted" Files: I’m keeping the core math and mechanics private for now. I want to save the "Secret Sauce" for our monthly playtests in Discord so we can break the balance and refine the combat together. However, I’ll be sharing my sister's sketches and lore teasers across my socials every week so you can follow the journey. I also want to give a huge thanks to those who have signed up to help me make the game in the first place No pressure at all to join or buy anything. I’m just really excited (also nervous) to share the process with you all on stream, socials, and in the server. If you do decide to support, it goes directly toward commissioning my sister for full-scale art and the tools/materials needed to turn this into a professional book by the end of the year.
As for guides, I'm still working on them here and there, but they might be a little slower in the turn out due to this huge project of mine.
