Herta is one of those permanent gizmos that consumes Bloodstone Dust. Luckily, this one is easy enough to get a hold of, as long as you have access to Auric Basin and have unlocked Exalted Markings mastery. If you've got these, then let's continue on!
First and foremost, I highly recommend you completed this part of the Heart of Thorns (HoT) storyline. If you need a reminder of what this is without much spoiler: Caithe and an egg go into a room together. As long as you've got that part done, this collection should be pretty quick. The only part that I had to wait to do was the meta, but everything else ran smoothly.
